Note: Katie will have her hair done for REAL tonight. But she’s not a big fan of hair doings, so I’m putting it off for a while. Because procrastination works.

Note2: Took this after taking pictures of the kids in their costumes. The ones of Kate didn’t turn out exactly the way I wanted them to, so I’m going to try it again tomorrow and see if I can get it to look the way I want to. Elijah’s is perfect. Kate’s needs some help. The joys of learning to do something you haven’t done before. 
Note3 - for those of you worried about Zakuska: She’s…. still worrisome. She’s getting old. And it’s just not fair. I’ve had her for half my life, so she is definitely a big part of it. And so I worry. It’s what I do. Nitty gritty details - she’s in the early stages of kidney failure. With the right diet changes, she could still have many years of good living. But I’d prefer to think she’s invincible and will live forever.
